To comment about war from the stand point of reason one must consider the view from both sides of the battlefield, and from the viewpoint of the mothers and fathers whose children are players in the war theatre. War has never been reasonable on the war front, the casualties from both sides are testament to that. the lives that are offered leave behind only glimpses of the horror within the images of the postcards from the war front.
